Integrative Coaching

  What is Integrative Coaching and What Can It Do For Me?

Integrative coaching is based on each individual client. We start by identifying the problems that you face, such as self-doubt or the inability to move forward. We will then work together to determine when those problems began so that we can dig them up by the root. After removing these obstacles, it is time to begin moving forward. Together, we will develop an action plan that will put you on the path to the life you want to live and the goals you want to meet. Many clients that benefit from integrative coaching are experiencing new phases in life or the desire to:


  • Be more or gain more

  • Grow in their business or personal life

  • Build relational skills

  • Break away from what they “should” do to do what they want

  • Organize their home and life

  • Achieve life goals

  • Build confidence


Clients often wonder how long it will take to begin seeing progress, and how long they should expect to have a personal coach. The truth is that there is no one-size-fits-all answer to these questions. We will start coaching with a 12-week commitment. Once a week we will meet for one hour either in-person or online. When those 12 weeks are up, you can decide whether you want to continue the coaching relationship or not.


As far as the results of integrative coaching go, no two people are alike. We all have different struggles and different experiences to work through, so the length of time results take will also vary. However, there are many clients who begin to see changes and results from the beginning. Most clients enjoy the progress they make so much that they choose to continue with me as their personal coach far past the initial 12-week period.
